Our Responsible Gaming Features
Set Deposit Limits
Set a deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period that helps you make a considered decision.
Time-Out
If you need a short break, take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period logging in or making deposits will be completely blocked, but you can still withdraw previous winnings.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, choose self-exclusion for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years. Once this step is taken, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
Set Bet Limits
Set a maximum amount you will bet per session. If the limit is reached the system will automatically alert you, making it easier to avoid overspending.
Reality Reminders
After playing for a set period of time a notification appears on screen letting you know how long you have been playing. This smart reminder helps you stay aware of time and reminds you to take a break.
Gaming History Review
Review your complete betting and deposit history at any time. Understanding your own gaming patterns is the first step toward making responsible decisions.
For those aged 21 and above only

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Online gaming is a recreational activity. However, it also carries financial risk. The most important part of ensuring responsible gaming is playing within your means. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. There is no guaranteed way to win — every game's outcome is determined entirely independently.
Setting a deposit limit is a simple but effective step. Decide how much money you can spend on gaming each month and set that limit on the platform. The minimum deposit amount at q00999 is ৳500, so there is an opportunity to start on a small scale.
Self-exclusion is one of the most powerful protection tools available. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose this option. Keep your account completely closed for a set period and spend that time with family and loved ones.
While gaming, remember — never place bets while drinking or when tired, as it is difficult to make sound decisions in those conditions. Before every gaming session, set a budget and time limit and stick to it. Remember, responsible gaming means keeping yourself and your family safe.
q00999 is also committed to protecting minors from gaming. If you have young members in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your login details secure. Remember, gaming at q00999 is only for those aged 21 or older.
